Calvert County - Highway User Revenues - Special Taxing Districts
Clarifying that no provision of law may be construed as prohibiting
Calvert County from accepting an easement for public travel on a
highway in a special taxing district, including in the county's
inventory of county roads any highway in a special taxing district in
the county, or distributing a portion of the county's highway user
revenues to a special taxing district in the county; clarifying that,
for purposes of specified provisions of this Act, a specified highway
includes a gravel road; etc.
