Mobile Radio Service Providers
Exempting broadcasters and their agents, who voluntarily and without
compensation, broadcast or disseminate an AMBER alert after receiving
an AMBER alert notification from a law enforcement agency from civil
liability for an act or omission that forms part of the broadcast
unless the act or omission constitutes willful or wanton misconduct,
gross negligence, or intentionally tortious conduct.
