Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Group Home Education and Placement Practices; providing for the membership and staffing of the Task Force; providing that the members of the Task Force may not receive compensation but are entitled to a specified reimbursement; establishing the duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to submit reports to the Governor and the General Assembly by specified dates; etc.
