that an individual is not qualified to register to vote if the
individual has been convicted of a felony and is actually serving a
court-ordered sentence of imprisonment, including any term of parole

relating to the eligibility of specified felons convicted of specified
crimes to register to vote; repealing the definition of "infamous
crime"; etc.
