Synopsis:

Correcting district designations to reflect that a Class B beer, wine and liquor license may be issued in the 46th Alcoholic Beverages District in Baltimore City; authorizing the issuance of a restaurant license in a specified location; increasing to $500,000 the minimum amount for restaurant facilities required for a specified license; authorizing the Board of Liquor License Commissioners to issue a Class C license for use by a nonprofit organization in a specified location; clarifying a definition and a description; etc.
