Alternate Contributory Pension Selection - Clarifications

Synopsis:

Requiring participating governmental units who elect to participate in the alternate contributory pension selection to pay the liabilities associated with the alternate contributory pension selection for specified employees; clarifying that membership in the Employees' Pension System or the Teachers' Pension System ends under specified circumstances; etc.
