Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems to study whether automated external defibrillators should be provided on-site at swimming pools in the State; requiring the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems to report findings and recommendations to the House Health and Government Operations Committee and the Senate Finance Committee of the General Assembly by December 1, 2007; etc.
