Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages Act of 2007

Synopsis:

Revising and restating specified alcoholic beverages provisions concerning the issuance and transfer of specified alcoholic beverages licenses in specified areas of Baltimore City; clarifying specified exemptions from specified prohibitions; requiring the Board of Liquor License Commissioners to obtain specified criminal records and to forward specified fingerprints to a specified agency; authorizing liquor inspectors to examine identification used as proof of age; etc.
