Maryland Education Trust Fund - Video Lottery Terminals

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Lottery Commission to regulate the operation of video lottery terminals for commercial gaming; providing for the issuance of video lottery terminal operation licenses; creating a Video Lottery Facility Location Commission; limiting the number of terminals allowed in the State; providing for the distribution of the proceeds of video lottery terminal gaming to the Education Trust Fund for education funding and to the Purse Dedication Account for horse racing; requiring services for problem gamblers; etc.
