Chesapeake Bay 2010 Trust Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the Chesapeake Bay 2010 Trust Fund as a special, continuing, nonlapsing fund beginning on July 1, 2008; providing for the uses of the Trust Fund; establishing funding for the Trust Fund; providing for bonding authority relating to money in the Trust Fund; establishing the BayStat accountability and management process and participants in the process; requiring BayStat participants to measure and evaluate governmental programs to restore the Chesapeake Bay; establishing the purpose of BayStat; etc.
