Entitled:
Gaming - Video Lottery Terminals and Slot Machines

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Lottery Commission to regulate the operation of up to 15,500 video lottery terminals; requiring specified video lottery operation licensees to maintain specified numbers of live racing days; providing that the license of specified video lottery operation licensees may be revoked if the Preakness Stakes Race is transferred out of the State; establishing a Purse Dedication Account, an Education Trust Fund, specified local development councils, and a Compulsive Gambling Fund; etc.
