County Income Tax Disparity Grants

Synopsis:

Increasing from 75% to 85% the percentage of the per capita statewide yield of the county income tax that is used to determine eligibility for and the amount of State grants to the counties and Baltimore City based on disparities in the per capita yield of county income taxes.
