Synopsis:

Adding a new article to the Maryland Constitution to authorize the General Assembly on or after a specified date to allow expanded or additional locations for casino-style gaming; specifying forms of authorized casino-style gaming; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
