Synopsis:

Providing for the revocation of a person's license to drive if the person is convicted of a drug offense relating to manufacturing, distributing, or dispensing specified controlled dangerous substances; prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from reinstating a license to drive if the license was revoked under specified circumstances; etc.
