Entitled:
Criminal Procedure - Custodial Interrogation - Recordation

Synopsis:

Establishing that it is State public policy that a law enforcement unit that regularly uses one or more interrogation rooms with the capability to create audiovisual recordings of custodial interrogations shall make reasonable efforts to create an audiovisual recording of a custodial interrogation of a criminal suspect in connection with a case involving murder, rape, or sexual offense in the first or second degree, whenever possible; etc.
