Vehicle Laws - Required Use of Safety Restraints - Penalty for Violation
Increasing from $25 to $50 the maximum fine that may be imposed for a
violation of specified provisions of law requiring the use of a seat
belt by the driver and the outboard front seat passenger in a motor
vehicle; and repealing redundant language requiring that specified
children be secured in a specified manner while being transported in a
motor vehicle.
