Human Trafficking - Services for Victims

Synopsis:

Providing services for victims of human trafficking; requiring that the names and identifying information of victims of human trafficking and their families be kept confidential; requiring specified persons to keep a victim informed of the victim's legal rights and the progress of specified proceedings; requiring that every reasonable effort be made to provide protection to victims of human trafficking and their families; etc.
