Synopsis:

Allowing a State income tax credit for the costs of using low impact development techniques in construction projects; requiring the Department of the Environment to adopt regulations establishing eligibility standards for the tax credit; providing for issuance of initial credit certificates by the Department; limiting to $9,000,000 the aggregate amount of initial credit certificates that the Department may issue; requiring the Department to establish an Advisory Committee; etc.
