Real Property - Homeowners in Foreclosure Protection Act
Requiring a written notice of foreclosure sale to contain a specified
statement; requiring a specified person, within 1 business day after
receiving a request from the record owner of residential real
property, to inform the record owner of what actions must be taken to
reinstate the record owner's mortgage loan; providing that a record
owner of residential real property may reinstate a mortgage loan at
any time before the start of bidding at the foreclosure sale; etc.
