Synopsis:

Extending the prohibition on restrictive covenants regarding land use that impose or act to impose unreasonable limitations on the installation of solar collection panels to restrictive covenants effective on or before July 1, 1980; applying the prohibition to specified historic property, subject to specified limitations; specifying the scope of limitations that may be imposed by a restrictive covenant on specified historic property; etc.
