Synopsis:

Establishing an All-Terrain Vehicle Safety Task Force; providing for the membership, duties, selection of a chair, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to identify and study major issues related to All-Terrain Vehicle safety; requiring the Task Force to make an interim report of findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 15, 2008, and a final report by May 31, 2009; etc.
