Entitled:
Real Property - Solar Collector Systems - Restriction on Use and Solar Easement

Synopsis:

Providing that a restriction on use regarding land use may not impose unreasonable limitations on the installation of a solar collector system; authorizing a property owner who has installed or intends to install a solar collector system to negotiate to obtain a solar easement in writing; exempting a restriction on use on specified historic properties from applicability of the Act; defining "restriction on use"; etc.
