Synopsis:

Making specified students who pledge to work for Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC)-related businesses in specified fields eligible for workforce shortage student assistance grants; defining BRAC-related businesses; requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to designate BRAC-related businesses, make determinations and recommendations, and take actions as specified; requiring the Advisory Council on Workforce Shortage to identify and make recommendations; etc.
