State Board of Acupuncture - Practice and Licensure

Synopsis:

Expanding the practice of acupuncture to include other oriental medical services under specified circumstances; repealing provisions relating to the number of acupuncture and clinical practice hours required as a condition of acupuncture licensure; providing for the reinstatement of an acupuncture license in cases where an individual has maintained an active license and residence in another state; etc.
