State Board of Nursing - Powers and Duties - Licensing, Certification, and Regulation

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Nursing to accept a specified alternate method of criminal history records check under specified circumstances; providing that specified applicants may only be issued inactive licenses until the completion of a specified course or program; authorizing the Board to grant specified extensions of specified licenses and certificates; altering to July 2009 the date on which the Board shall begin a process for requiring criminal history records checks; etc.
