Unemployment Insurance - State Collection of the Federal Unemployment Insurance Tax

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to directly collect from employers the federal unemployment insurance tax under specified circumstances; requiring that funds derived from the collection of the tax be used only for the programs and services administered by the Office of Unemployment Insurance and the Office of Employment Services; providing for a specified review by the Joint Committee on Unemployment Insurance Oversight; etc.
