State Real Estate Commission - Investigative Staff - Employment and Payment

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that investigative staff of the State Real Estate Commission be employed in accordance with the State budget; requiring the Commission to pay investigative staff from the State Real Estate Commission Fund, subject to the availability of funds; providing that investigative staff may not be subject to hiring moratoriums or PIN eliminations; etc.
