Transit Service for Disabled Persons - Criminal History Records Check and Training for Persons Providing Service

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transit Administration and Administration contractors to apply, as specified, for criminal history records checks of their employees who are or will be employed to provide transit service to disabled persons; requiring the Administration to ensure that employees of the Administration and of the Administration's contractors who provide transit service to disabled persons successfully complete training relating to appropriate accommodation for all passengers, including disabled persons; etc.
