Minority Participation in Contracts for Group Homes for Individuals With Developmental Disabilities - Study

Synopsis:

Requiring an agency designated by the Board of Public Works, the Department Health and Mental Hygiene, and the Governor's Office of Minority Affairs to conduct a study on contracts awarded by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities; requiring that the study determine if there is evidence of discrimination and if minority business enterprise goals should be implemented; requiring the study to determine ways to coordinate information and resources; etc.
