Synopsis:

Requiring each local school system, State-operated program, and nonpublic school to provide a copy of its policies and procedures relating to the use of exclusionary time outs, mechanical restraints, physical restraints, and seclusion as student behavior interventions to the parents of students who are placed in time outs, restraints, or seclusion; etc.
