Synopsis:

Establishing the Redirection Pilot Program in the Department of Juvenile Services; providing for the purpose of the Pilot Program; requiring the Department to use an appropriate assessment tool to determine eligibility for specified therapies; requiring the Department, in collaboration with the Children's Cabinet, to develop a specified plan; requiring the Children's Cabinet to consider specified funding sources in developing the plan; etc.
