Synopsis:

Altering a timeframe for when county boards of education and county health departments are required to provide hearing and vision screenings to specified students; authorizing further screenings in accordance with policies adopted by a county board of education or a county health department; requiring county boards of education and county health departments to provide specified forms; requiring parents or guardians to report specified information to the county board or the county health department; etc.
