Natural Resources - Hunting Licenses - Minimum Age
 
Prohibiting the Department of Natural Resources from issuing a hunting
license to a person who is under the age of 13 years; providing that
specified suspensions of hunting privileges for specified hunting
violations for persons under the age of 13 years shall begin on the
person's 13th birthday; requiring an application for a hunting license
to include the date of birth of the applicant; etc.
