Synopsis:

Authorizing a court in a specified proceeding for relief from abuse to order the respondent to surrender specified firearms and to refrain from possessing firearms under specified circumstances; requiring a law enforcement officer to provide specified information to a respondent when a firearm is surrendered and to provide for the safe storage of the firearm; providing for the retaking of surrendered firearms by the respondent under specified circumstances; etc.
