Creating the Task Force to Study the Establishment of Periodic Motor Vehicle Safety Inspections; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to staff the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to make findings and recommendations related to the establishment of a periodic motor vehicle safety inspection requirement; requiring the Task Force to submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2008; and providing for the termination of the Act.
