State Retirement and Pension System - Reemployment of Retirees

Synopsis:

Exempting from a specified offset of a retirement allowance retired judges who are members of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System; requiring local school superintendents to make reimbursements for failing to file certification of reemployed retirees with the State Retirement and Pension System and the State Department of Education by a specified date; etc.
