Bullying, Harassment, and Intimidation - School Policy

Synopsis:

Requiring each county board of education to establish a policy prohibiting bullying, harassment, or intimidation at school; requiring a county board to develop a specified policy in consultation with specified groups; requiring a county board to submit a policy to the State Superintendent of Schools on or before a specified date and publish a copy of the policy in the student handbook; requiring a county board to develop specified educational programs; etc.
