Income Tax Credit - Organic Fertilizer

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Agriculture to certify organic fertilizer; allowing a credit against the State income tax for 50% of the purchase price of specified fertilizers; limiting the amount of the credit; applying the Act to taxable years after 2007; etc.
