Establishment of the Provider Advocacy Group for Providers of Services to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Synopsis:

Establishing the Provider Advocacy Group; establishing that the purpose of the Provider Advocacy Group is to assist specified licensees who provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities and have been cited for specified deficiencies before specified hearings are held; providing for the composition, qualifications, election, terms, and reimbursement of members of the Provider Advocacy Group; etc.
