Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that an individual must have attained the rank of fire rescue lieutenant or higher to become a fire and explosive investigator in Montgomery County; altering the definition of "Montgomery County fire and explosive investigator" to include specified additional qualifications; and correcting specified language.
