Establishing the Task Force to Study the Regulation of Swimming Pools in the State; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study specified issues relevant to the environmental regulation of swimming pools in the State; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2008; providing for the staffing of the Task Force; etc.
