Voter Verification and Fairness Act

Synopsis:

Requiring that an applicant for voter registration submit proof of United States citizenship with the application; specifying the types of documents that establish proof of United States citizenship; providing that the Motor Vehicle Administration may allow an applicant to register to vote only if the applicant signs a specified affidavit; and altering the procedures for identification of voters by election judges at polling places.
