Synopsis:

Authorizing holders of Class A beer and light wine licenses and Class A beer and wine and liquor licenses in Carroll County to sell specified alcoholic beverages from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M. on Sundays; and extending the hours of sale on Sunday for holders of specified other alcoholic beverages licenses.
