Procurement - Minority Business Enterprise Certification - Mandatory Training

Synopsis:

Requiring a specified certification agency to require a minority business enterprise to receive specified training for specified purposes before certifying the enterprise; requiring a specified certification agency to make specified training available to minority business enterprises twice a year; and requiring specified training to include training in specified areas to the extent that the areas are relevant to minority business enterprises.
