Synopsis:

Altering the number of names of dental hygienists required to be on a list from which the Governor appoints dental hygienist members to the State Board of Dental Examiners; altering the composition of an advisory committee on dental hygiene that makes specified recommendations to the Board; repealing a provision requiring a specified written agreement between supervising dentists and dental hygienists in private dental offices; etc.
