administrative, maintenance, or other services for condominiums,
cooperative housing corporations, or homeowners associations to
register with the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the

fidelity bond to be used for the benefit of a person who suffers harm
caused by a fraudulent or dishonest act of the management company;
