Entitled:
Environment - Water Management Administration - Wetlands and Waterways Program Fees

Synopsis:

Establishing specified application fees for applications related to activities in wetlands and waterways; making specified permits subject to a specified application fee refund process; exempting specified persons and activities from the application fees; establishing the Wetlands and Waterways Program Fund; clarifying specified provisions of the Tidal Wetlands Compensation Fund; requiring the Department of the Environment to conduct reviews and submit reports and a plan; defining terms; altering definitions; etc.
