Extending the termination date for the Community Services
Reimbursement Rate Commission; authorizing the Governor, with the
advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint a specified number of
members to the Commission for a fifth consecutive term beginning on a
specified date; altering a requirement that the Commission assess
changes in wages paid by specified providers to require the Commission
to assess the level of and changes in wages paid by specified
providers to direct support workers; etc.
