Washington County - Regulation of Special Events
Prohibiting persons, corporations, partnerships, associations, and
entities from holding specified events without first obtaining a
special event permit; authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of
Washington County to adopt regulations by ordinance or resolution
concerning special event permit applications, processes, fees,
penalties, appeal procedures, and exceptions; and exempting specified
events from the provisions of the Act.
