Election Law - Voter Fraud - Penalties

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum fine to $7,000 and the maximum term of imprisonment to 7 years for specified offenses related to voter registration and voting; providing that an individual convicted of specified offenses related to voter registration and voting is not qualified to be a registered voter; and making a person convicted of specified offenses related to voter registration and voting permanently ineligible to be elected to any public office.
